Located in The Jockey Club headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, TJCIS reinvests all profits in the Thoroughbred industry, supporting a wide range of organizations and initiatives, including the American Horse Council, National Thoroughbred Racing Association, University of Arizona Race Track Industry Program and the Racing Medication and Testing Consortium. In February 2015, TJCIS purchased a majority ownership interest in Blood-Horse magazine from the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) and the two companies now own the publication. |
